Instructions for Authors



The abstracts must be submitted online in a word file via the webpage of the conference. It should be written in maximum one A4 page in "Times New Roman" figure according to the following formats: Title: Bold, font 14, Author's name (Family name, initials): Bold, font 12, Affiliation: Bold, font 12. Abstract: Body text normal, font 12. Size of the abstract must not exceed 250 words, 1.5 line space.

  Full papers

  Papers submitted should not be published or are not being considered for publication elsewhere. The documents will be reviewed, edited and reproduced graphically. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the following instructions during preparation of the full manuscript:

• Full papers must be prepared in maximum 15 A4 pages, including text, tables, and figures. The paper should be written in the following order: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, and References. Body text will be written in Times New Roman, font 12, line space 1.5, Titles: Bold font 14, and subtitles: Bold, font 12 bold.

• References format: Authors are advised to write references according to the following format: Matsumoto, A.; Yoshida, R.; Kataoka, K. Glucose-responsive polymer gel bearing phenylborate derivative as a glucose-sensing moiety operating at the physiological pH, Biomacromolecules 2004 , 5, 1038–1045.

• The full manuscript should be copied on a CD. The hard copy of the manuscript + CD should be sent before 15 September 2017.

  Oral Presentation

  • All lectures must be written and presented in English in Power Point presentation.

  • Time for plenary lectures is 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion.

  • Time for lectures is 20 minutes, including 5 min for discussion.

  • Conference rooms are equipped with all facilities, laptop, data show, sound system, etc.

Posters Presentation

  • Posters are advised to be prepared with dimensions (90 cm height x 70 cm width) and must be written in English.

  • Posters should be placed on the show panels according to the label number indicated on each panel.

  • Each participant must take the poster to the congress at the day of the presentation.

  • At the end of the poster session, authors are advised to remove their posters. The Organizing Committee won't send/keep any posters that are left on the conference venue.
